(1 Hour) Fall Back To Sleep...Again
If you can't go to sleep or have woken up and cannot fall back, this will be a time of intentional surrender and visualization, preparing your body for healing and laying a foundation to fall back to sleep. You will be guided to take deep, calming breaths to relax your mind and muscles. Visualize a warm, soothing light surrounding and penetrating any areas of pain or discomfort, initiating healing. Picture your body as a vessel for wholeness and vitality.
