Redeemed by Riches

Ephesians 1:7

Today we sit with Ephesians 1:7, and with the word that has echoed through every broken life that dared to receive it: redeemed. You are not waiting to be redeemed. Paul does not write "we will have redemption" or "we might have redemption." He writes: we have it. Past tense, settled, present reality. The transaction is complete. Grace was not rationed out to you. It was lavished.
